GA Theatre :(

The Georgia Theatre in Athens burned down this morning. I never hung out there with any regularity, but saw the secret REM show there in 2003 (?), a handful of crazy Ween shows and a number of random shows, and passed it on my bike at least 2000 times. It was really a great place, albeit for a different set of townies and its sad to see it gone...

Beautiful dark wood table lamp that my cat knocked over. It still works, but it needs someone handy to reassemble it. Broken lamp shade also included.
